Grove City MOB—Hplex

O’Brien Robinson continues its relationship with Hplex Solutions being chosen to construct the new Medical Office Building in Grove City near the new Mt. Carmel Hospital. O’Brien Robinson was selected as the Construction Manager and brought on board prior to design to help control the design, scheduling and constructability measures. The project consists of a 50,000 sf medical office building that includes Orthopedic One as the major tenant, and multiple other doctor groups. O’Brien Robinson will build out the interiors for all of the tenants as well.
