McConnell Heart Health Center - MSK Addition
This project consisted of a 30,000 sq/ft addition to the existing McConnell Heart Health Center. A “design-build” Team of Andrews Architects and O’Brien Robinson worked with Ohio Health and the McConnell Team to take the project from conception to completion.
Knowing that much of the work would need to take place during both normal working hours and off-hours, O’Brien Robinson showcased expert coordination. The scope of improvements include a “warm-water” therapy-pool, staff offices, exam rooms, X-Ray, fluoroscopy, physical therapy floor, reception area and a new patient drop off canopy.
O’Brien Robinson was engaged in the early phases of design to provide Pre-Construction Estimating and Scheduling. O’Brien Robinson served as the General Contractor for the $4.1 million expansion. The project was completed within the limits of the original schedule and under the projected budget.
