Bexley United Methodist Church

O’Brien Robinson was selected to serve as Construction Manager for this exciting new project at Bexley United Methodist Church. ORCS was brought on early in the process to work with the Architect and Building Committee with cost estimating, constructability and scheduling to ensure that design met budgetary goals. Once design was complete, ORCS bid out the project and is currently working within a Cost Plus Open Book contractual agreement. With the confidence in the design and pricing, the Committees were able to continue to raise capital needed for the project. The project ORCS has established itself as a top construction company in central Ohio building high end religious projects.
