Five 14 Church

O’Brien Robinson was selected to serve as Construction Manager for Five 14 Church! ORCS was brought on early in the process to work with the Architect and Owner with cost estimating, constructability and scheduling to ensure that design met budgetary goals. Once design was complete, ORCS bid out the project and is currently working within a Cost Plus Open Book contractual agreement. With the confidence in the design and pricing, the Owner was able to continue to raise capital needed for the project as well as get financing in place. This newest religious project continues to solidify that O’Brien Robinson is one of the Premier Contractors building Churches and related religious facilities in Central Ohio!
