Kobacker House combines all the comforts of home with the benefits of round-the clock medical care. Designed to provide short-term inpatient care for expert symptom management, it also provides a nurturing respite for families, including space for grief support and education program. The Kobacker House is Owned by OhioHealth. O’Brien Robinson was selected over as the Construction Manager at an early stage in the project design to assist in budgeting, scheduling and overall constructability. O’Brien Robinson built the project as a “Cost Plus—Open Book” project for OhioHealth.
