O’Brien Robinson is very proud to be a part of the largest expansion/remodel in the history of Madison County Community Hospital. ORCS interviewed against several of the largest General Contractors in Ohio and was awarded this complex project because of their “big company infrastructure with a small company mentality.” The project includes demolition of 6 residential homes and areas of the hospital to create a entirely new front of the hospital. There will be a new two-story 24,000 s/f addition as well as a 12,000 s/f addition to create a new Emergency Department. There will be a relocation of 10 cancer stations to the new second floor and new office space for specialists. We will expand and modernize Pre/Post Operation Areas as well as renovate OB, Existing ED and other Areas. Parking fields will be re-worked to create new access and movement.
