This project is located at the intersection of Northwest and King Avenue in Columbus on a site that had been vacant for years and was owned by the ADCON Development Group. The building has many unique architectural details and has boasts high quality materials as exterior finishes. Building materials include: modular face brick, fiber cement board panels, cast stone coping, painted wood fascia, aluminum half-round gutters, decorative dormers and an asphalt shingled roof. The sitework includes an underground detention system, landscape and 44-parking stalls. O’Brien Robinson worked closely with the developer to create a construction plan that allowed the developer to phase the project to meet his financial timing needs.
