O’Brien Robinson was selected as the Construction Manager on this new Medical Office Building in Lewis Center, Ohio. The site was very challenging with a dramatic drop from front to back that required a massive retaining wall. Creative ideas with the Sands Decker Engineering helped the project maintain budget. The project consists of a 15,400 sf medical office building that included an interior buildout that is definitely a statement! A The exterior of the building is primarily Hardie Board siding with a board and batten detail. Shed dormers, metal roof accents, steel railings and other details make this building really stand out! The project was a success as O’Brien Robinson met the budgetary goals as well as exceeded the desired schedule for construction!
