“The Corner” Retail Center is a new development at the corner of Polaris Parkway and Cleveland Avenue. This retail center is anchored by a 2-story building that hosts the BRU Burger Bar, a restaurant concept by Cunningham Restaurant Group (Indianapolis, IN). Bru Burger has a beautiful 2-story bar area with seating options that extend out to a beautiful 2nd story terrace! Other tenants in this center are Local Cantina, Go-Yoga and Essence Nail Salon. A free standing Starbucks with a drive-thru anchors the North end of the property and consistently has a line of cars positioned for their “caffeine fix!” The exterior of the building is a combination of stone, hardy-board and standing seam metal with beautiful storefront accents and suspended canopies. O’Brien Robinson was involved with the project from the first meeting until the very end of the project to ensure that budget, schedule and the overall plan was executed.
